Most plate-loaded shoulder presses give you one resistance curve, fixed, and that's it. The Talos gives you three, switchable at the pin: constant resistance through the full lift, an ascending curve that starts light and builds, or a descending curve that starts heavy and eases off. That's three distinct training stimuli, and three ways to programme progressive overload, from a single station, instead of your members working around the limits of one fixed cam.
