Slam balls are made to do as the name states: slam. But when it comes to gym equipment that you invest your budget into, you want your gear to last your premises as long as conceivable while still allowing your gym-goers to go as hard out as they possibly can. That’s why the smart choice as a gym owner is to buy commercial-grade slam balls, for balls in your gym that patrons can continue slamming.
Here’s why you can worry less about wear and tear with a dead ball at RAW:
- Commercial Grade
- Double thickness in the inner lining
- Durable rubber shell
- Textured surface for great grip
- Made from quality latex
- Available in a range of weight options from 5kg - 75kg
- Commercial Warranty
How to do the Medicine Ball Slam:
- Take the weighted slam ball, and standing with feet a shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent, raise the ball up above your head.
- Slam. Bending forward, from the waist, brace your core to solidly slam the medicine ball on the ground.
- Rinse and repeat.
This is a full-body exercise perfect for all fitness levels. While they do look similar, we do recommend performing all slams with a slam ball instead of a medicine ball. Slammed medicine balls are more prone to damage, as they are made less for the ground and more as an ergonomic hand weight for exercises like Russian twists.
