SHIPPING POLICY — RAW Fitness Equipment Australia

Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

RAW Fitness Equipment dispatches the majority of orders from our Australian warehouse on the same business day. We recommend allowing up to 5–7 business days for dispatch, with delivery timeframes varying depending on your location across Australia.

During peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer due to high order volumes. We'll always do our best to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. RAW Fitness Equipment does not accept liability for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and dimensions of your order once your delivery address is entered. All delivery charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Requirements

  • All orders must be delivered to a street address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Parcel Collect locations.
  • A signature is required upon delivery.
  • The customer must ensure safe, unrestricted access and parking is available for the courier at the delivery address.
  • If no one is available to accept delivery or access is restricted, additional re-delivery fees may apply and will be at the customer's expense.
  • All deliveries are kerbside only. Couriers are not required to bring items inside the premises.
  • Couriers will not remove pallets, packaging, or rubbish. If pallet removal or additional handling services are required, please contact RAW Fitness Equipment prior to your order to discuss options.
  • For bulky or palletised deliveries, tailgate fees will apply unless you have a forklift or loading dock on site.

Split Deliveries

It is common for large orders to arrive across multiple deliveries as couriers process items through their depots at different times. If your order appears incomplete, please allow 1–2 additional business days before contacting us.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Once your order is delivered, please inspect all goods immediately and confirm the delivery matches your order. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, you will be contacted by email with estimated dispatch details. Pre-order items may take longer than the standard 5–7 business day dispatch window.

Click & Collect

Prefer to pick up in person? You can collect your order from our warehouse free of charge. Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and your order will be ready within 8 business hours. Please wait for your collection confirmation email before heading in.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery status at any time via the carrier's tracking portal linked in your dispatch email.
