Refund policy
At RAW Fitness Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the rare event that you're not happy, our Returns Policy is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible.
The benefits of this policy are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, we may offer a store credit subject to the following conditions:
- All returned equipment or accessories are unused and in original condition
- All items are in their original packaging
- Return is submitted within 30 days of purchase
- All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns
Please do not send a return until it has been approved by our team. We only offer refunds for items with confirmed manufacturing faults. Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be applied in full or in part to a future purchase.
Please note: No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale items for change of mind purchases. All sales are final.
How to Request a Change of Mind Return
Email us at info@rawfitnessequipment.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed once received.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service as RAW Fitness Equipment does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty or Incorrectly Described Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty or does not match its description, RAW Fitness Equipment will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
- Items over 10kg: We will arrange a courier to collect the faulty item and deliver a replacement.
- Items under 10kg: We will reimburse reasonable return postage costs upon approval.
How to Return a Faulty Item
Email info@rawfitnessequipment.com.au with your order number and clear photographs of the fault or damage. Our team will assess your claim and advise on next steps. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Out-of-Stock Products
In the unlikely event that a product you have ordered is out of stock, our team will contact you promptly by email or phone to discuss options before dispatching the remainder of your order.
