• Spacious and Stable Footplate: The spacious, large non-slip footplate ensures stability and secure movements, allowing users to perform various squat exercises on a single machine.
• Adjustable Weight System: Users can adjust different weight levels using two weight pegs of varying lengths, accommodating different training needs and abilities.
• Adjustable Starting Position: The adjustable lifting mechanism allows users to set the optimal starting position for their training.
