The Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral Front Mid Lat Pulldown Machine was designed to replicate a realistic range of motion. It provides a unique motion that contrasts the incline press for a workout that’s not easily replicated by other machines. Weighing a sturdy 155kg's, this machine contains two loading components that allow the user to work both arms independently strengthening the back muscle groups.
