Flat Dumbbell Bench w/ Pivots Features

• Dumbbells are mounted onto the cradles, so that the user doesn’t have to lift them from the floor (ideal for use with heavy dumbbells).
• Starting mechanism eliminates the need for a spotter, the arms pivot into the correct starting position and fall back once the user presses the dumbbells up.
• Starting mechanism is hinged on sealed bearings, which are fully enclosed with steel round tubing for superior quality.
