In lieu of recent events surrounding COVID-19, RAW remains steadfast in ensuring all orders are supported with the highest-level of commitment to everyone's health and safety. As such, please note the following:
- Due to updated measures implemented by the Australian Government, RAW’s day-to-day procedures have changed, however, we are still operating and delivering Australia-wide.
Pre-Orders – RAW’s Pre-Order Policy allows customers to purchase products in advance of their manufacture, ensuring stock is allocated, in entirety, to the customer upon arrival. To view the Pre-Order Policy, click here.
Item Availability – Due to the increased demand for fitness equipment, each product has been clearly labelled to avoid confusion. This ensures the customer has all relevant information, prior to purchase. Items are visibly listed as “Available (Add to Cart)”, “Sold Out” or “Available for Pre-Order (Pre-Order Now)”. Item availability is updated in real-time.
Partial Dispatch - In an attempt to help our customers train during the pandemic, we have elected to implement partial-dispatch of orders, at our own expense. Therefore, any available products will be dispatched to the customer immediately, with outstanding products sent as they arrive.
Pick Up’s – Due to a high volume of orders received, we have temporarily ceased all walk-ins & pick-ups. This is to ensure we process all pre-orders in a timely manner so that you receive your order as soon as possible.
