Measure the total linear metres of flooring edges that border adjacent surfaces (e.g. concrete, tiles, carpet). Each piece is 500mm (0.5m) long, so divide your total edge length in metres by 0.5 to get the number of pieces required. We recommend ordering 10% extra for cuts and waste.
What adhesive should I use to glue down the transition edge?
Use a suitable rubber flooring adhesive or contact adhesive. Ensure the subfloor is clean, dry, and free of dust before applying. For commercial installations, consult our team for adhesive recommendations specific to your subfloor type.
Do I need corners as well?
