Bicep machines on most commercial floors offer a single fixed resistance curve — useful, but limited. The Talos Pro-Arm Multi-Angle Curl goes further, combining a naturally guided curling path with three weight plate loading positions that change where the resistance peaks through the range of motion. Coaches can programme position 1 for constant full-range resistance, position 2 for peak contraction overload, or position 3 to strengthen the initial curling phase — all from the same machine, without additional attachments or setup.

360° rotating handles allow the wrists and forearms to move naturally through the curl, reducing joint stress and improving muscle engagement compared to fixed-handle designs. Adjustable handle width accommodates different shoulder widths, and the ergonomic arm pads keep the biceps isolated through every rep.
