Talos - Pro-Arm Multi-Angle Curl

Bicep machines on most commercial floors offer a single fixed resistance curve — useful, but limited. The Talos Pro-Arm Multi-Angle Curl goes further, combining a naturally guided curling path with three weight plate loading positions that change where the resistance peaks through the range of motion. Coaches can programme position 1 for constant full-range resistance, position 2 for peak contraction overload, or position 3 to strengthen the initial curling phase — all from the same machine, without additional attachments or setup.

360° rotating handles allow the wrists and forearms to move naturally through the curl, reducing joint stress and improving muscle engagement compared to fixed-handle designs. Adjustable handle width accommodates different shoulder widths, and the ergonomic arm pads keep the biceps isolated through every rep. At 165kg, this is a permanent, heavy-duty station built for high-traffic commercial floors.

• 3 weight plate loading positions — three distinct resistance profiles for varied biceps programming:
• – Position 1 — constant resistance across the full range of motion
• – Position 2 — progressive resistance from light to heavy, emphasising peak contraction
• – Position 3 — regressive resistance from heavy to light, strengthening the initial curling phase
• 360° rotating handles — wrists and forearms move naturally through the curl, reducing joint stress and improving bicep engagement
• Adjustable handle width — positions adjust to shoulder width for ergonomic arm alignment and personalised comfort
• Stable ergonomic arm pads — isolate the biceps and maintain correct positioning through the full range of motion
• 160kg weight capacity — suitable for the full range of commercial gym members from beginner to advanced
• Heavy-duty steel frame — 165kg machine weight, powder-coat finish, lifetime structural warranty
