Talos - Adjustable Plate Loaded Tricep Extension

Arm training reaches a new level of control and intensity with the Talos Plate Loaded Tricep Extension. Purpose-built to maximise triceps activation, it delivers a powerful yet stable pressing motion that follows a natural biomechanical path. Its carefully engineered leverage system ensures smooth resistance throughout the movement, allowing users to isolate the triceps effectively while maintaining joint comfort and optimal alignment.

Designed for precision strength development, it combines ergonomic positioning with versatile resistance options to accommodate different training styles and strength levels — making it equally at home in high-volume commercial floors and specialist studios.

• Biomechanically engineered pressing path — follows the natural arc of the tricep extension movement, reducing joint stress and improving muscle engagement rep after rep
• Smooth leverage resistance system — consistent, controlled resistance throughout the full range of motion for effective tricep isolation
• Ergonomic arm positioning — locks members into correct alignment, keeping the triceps under load and reducing compensation through the shoulder and chest
• Versatile resistance options — accommodates a wide range of strength levels, from rehabilitation programming through to heavy commercial use
• Heavy-duty steel frame — 185kg machine weight, built for high-traffic commercial floors, scratch-resistant electrostatic powder coating, lifetime structural warranty
