Returns & Exchanges
OUR RETURNS POLICY
- If an item is faulty or wrongly described you are entitled to repair, replacement or refund within 14 days of the purchase date. We reserve the right to offer a refund if a replacement is available.
- You are entitled to a change of mind return or exchange on any full price item that has not been opened, used, installed or assembled within 14 days of the dispatch date. You are responsible for any costs incurred for the return of an item. We will only issue a refund after the item has been received and inspected to ensure its quality.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return, refund or exchange of a sale or discounted item.
- We will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any Rubber flooring products.
- We will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any special, custom or altered item.
- We will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on faulty/used goods purchased where the buyer has been made aware.
- All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee less original freight cost paid.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
- Your receipt and appropriate ID must be displayed for inspection and approval. All refunds will be issued using the same method used to purchase the item, unless an alternative has been specified by us at the time of refund.
- If you would like to exchange your item please call ahead to confirm the item is available. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any outstanding amounts owed to you will be issued as a credit note.
- Email us at [email protected] with your intentions. Once it has been approved simply send the item(s) you wish to return within 7 days of delivery.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the product you would like. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. We will notify you of your new order number via email once your exchange has been processed.
- If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, we pay for return shipping costs. For change of mind returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

- Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged with both sender’s address and Raw Fitness Equipment’s return address clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post.
- Please allow 14 days from the day your parcel is delivered to our distribution centre for your account to be credited. Once we have processed your return we will notify you via email.
