The CF-3367 Squat Rack is designed for optimal performance with five start / finish rack points for varying user heights, front rack-outs for shoulder shrug and dead lift exercises, polyurethane covered bar rack-outs and weight-racks to protect the Olympic Bar and frame. Permanent safety spotter arms with integrated weight storage included with ten weight plate holders have also been installed.
